Take the Priority Calls
Since you can see the calling party information on the screen, receive special alert tones and see a visual display of the call priority, you can selectively answer only the calls that are important to you. Imptoving the ability to connect with the important callers could help you close a transaction and avoid the time consuming telephone tag.

Screen Unwanted Calls
Call that are less important than the task at hand can be automatically sent to voice mail or to a coverage position for later handling.

Make Calls by Clicking on a Name in the phonebook
You do not need to hunt around for telephone numbers anymore, the numbers are always dialed accurately and you can have quick access to alternate contact numbers should you need it.

Use Information from all your applications
Highlight names, numbers or e-mail addresses from any Windows application and click on the telephone icon in the Task bar. The CallManager will find the number ot dial and automatically place the cal for you.

Click to get your voice messages
When your message waiting indicator is lit, just click on the message icon in the CallManager to dial and access your voice messages.

Callback the calls you missed
List the abandoned calls (calls that dropped or were re-directed) by double clicking on the call log entry. If you are listening to your voice messages, you can also return the calls from the call log.

Callback from E-Mail
If you need to callback in response to a e-mail, highlight the senders e-mail address and click on the telephone icon. The CallManager will lookup their number and place the call.

Transfer and Conference by dragging and dropping
Find the person you want to transfer the call to and double-click. To conference, drag the name into the current call. The CallManager will automatically do the rest for you.

Copy & Paste Information
Click on the Send or Copy & Paste Option to popup e-mail or send address information to your word processing program. The information in your phonebooks and directories can be used in other applicaitons.

Call Statistics
Look at your Call Statistics to get information on your call handling effectiveness. You may be able to adjust you schedules or meetings to be able to catch more of your calls.
