iCollabra Console
  iCollabra Console is a powerful web-based conference management and dispatch position that provides visibility on the activity on-going conferences and allows the operators to add, join remove parties and entire conferences.

The iCollabra Console (iCC) operates behind the iConnect CallServer that provides interconnectivity to PSTN and VoIP endpoints and well powerful call routing facilities. With it distributed architecture and web-based clients; the iCC can be run from multiple locations from any authorized user's desktops. Calls are routed using VoIP technology to the most available position. The integrated directories and speed lists, call and activity logs, and voice recording and messaging capability make the iCollabra Console highly functional, robust and easy-to-use conference management position.
 
Enterprise Level Scalability with Distributed Architecture
iCollabra Consoles utilize VoIP and Web technology to provide a distributed solution to the conference management. This allows the conference management and dispatch services to be highly reliable through redundancy and dynamically scalable to meet any need of organizations.
 
PSTN and VoIP Integration
The iCollabra Conferencing solution is based on open industry standard VoIP technology allowing easy integration to a wide range of PTSN and IP-PBXs. The iCollabra Consoles can receive and make calls as well as manage the conference sessions with equal ease.
 
Web-based Access to Conferencing Management
iCollabra Console provides web-based access to the conference management functions. Operators can log in from any desktop and view the status of all conferences that they are authorized to access. Views provide the summary status of conferences and well as details of participants.

From the web-interface, conference operators have full control of all ongoing conferences. They can terminate a conference, monitor and barge-in to the conference session, view details of the participants in the conference etc.
 
Add and Remove Participants and Conferences
The iCollabra Conference Operators can add and remove the participants in a conference as well as creating new conference and terminating existing conference sessions.
 
Setup Meet-Me and Dial-out Conferences/h5> The Conference Operators can setup meet-me and Dial-out conferences from the web-interface. This service can be provided to users without web access who need to have a conference scheduled.
 
Integrated Telephony and Call Routing
The iCollabra Console have integrated VoIP functionality allowing them to handle multiple calls. Incoming calls are delivered to the desktop and can be answered using a mouse click or by pressing the answer key. The integrated directory information can allow the operators to transfer the call by clicking on a name or into a conference session. Calls are routed to the available operators through the iConnect CallServer.
 
Integrated Contact Management
Multiple customer-defined directories can be setup for the console position with the data automatically synchronized from external sources. Operators can search for names or numbers and quickly dispatch calls to the right entity or person.
 
Integrated Session and Activity Logging
All call and conference information is automatically recorded to log files by the iCollabra system. In addition the console web GUI provides an activity logging service to keep a manual running log of all events for record keeping purposes.
 
Integrated Recording Options
The iCC operators can setup voice recordings of any of the conference sessions. The voice data is stored as highly compressed files that can be stored on the network and accessed from the browser interface.
